I really appreciated the elegant and cozy decoration of Peace House Suzunami. The common areas had a lovely Art Deco style, which made me feel like I was in a fashionable boutique hotel. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent as well, with an elevator available to easily reach the different floors. It was a pleasure to relax and socialize in such a charming environment.
I would have liked the children working there to have longer reception hours. It would have been more convenient for senior guests if they were available earlier in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Peace House Suzunami. the staffs were extremely friendly and welcoming, and communication was a breeze even though we didn't speak Japanese. the hostel's location is perfect, with Tennoji station and numerous tourist attractions nearby, such as Tsutenkaku tower, Osaka zoo, and Shitennoji temple. Plus, there are plenty of 24-hour convenience stores and a Donki Hote within walking distance. the atmosphere in the common room was warm and joyful, allowing us to meet and connect with people from all over the world. The bedsheets were clean, and the hostel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, all at a very affordable price. Cons: Nothing, our experience was excellent! 🌟.

I got great value for my money at Peace House Suzunami. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the station.
The breakfast selection could be improved, maybe with more variety or fresh options.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was delightful, with lovely artwork and vintage furniture that gave it a homely feel. The general areas, such as the common kitchen and lounge, were well-maintained and inviting. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people of my age. The presence of an elevator made it convenient to move around, and the location near public transportation made it easy to explore the city.
I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Though the children working there were friendly, they could have been more proactive in helping us with our luggage or offering assistance when needed.

Additionally, some guests mentioned that the rooms were nice and comfy, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Some guests mentioned that the shared bathroom could have been cleaner, which affected their overall experience at the hotel.

I had a great time staying at this hostel! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and there were so many things to see and do within a kilometer radius. I loved how close it was to convenience stores and local restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat. The staff made me feel really welcome from the moment I arrived, and they were always friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that my bed had plenty of outlets for charging my devices, which made life so much easier!
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The showers were not very clean, with mold and stains, which was a bit off-putting.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location near Tennoji Station and the friendly, English-friendly atmosphere of the guesthouse. the beds were comfortable and the shower rooms were well-stocked with amenities. the rooftop terrace, although unusual for housing washing machines, provided a nice space to relax. the staff were welcoming, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and even sharing discussions and beers with the guests. a great budget-friendly option for backpackers with a common kitchen and elevator accessibility.
Felt cared for, no complaints at all.

The location next to a park and lively neighborhood was also a plus. The staff was friendly and always provided us with precious information for our time in the city. The service was fair and the price was cheap, making it a perfect option for budget solo backpackers.

The common area was a great hit with our children, as they enjoyed playing games like Jenga and bonding with other guests. The location near Tennoji Park and Zoo was perfect for spending quality time together, exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the outdoor activities. Not to mention, the outlet shopping nearby provided a great opportunity for some retail therapy. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Peace House Suzunami truly exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation unforgettable.
For dads, it would be great if the hostel had a dedicated children's play area to cater to the younger ones.
